Broadway Bonnie is the story about a young girl's journey to her first Broadway show and how she shares her experience with her dog Cue-Tip, and her family. Bonnie dreams of becoming a great Broadway star and her mother helps educate her by taking her to the theater and learning about what makes a show entertaining and special.
Rima Lynn Xiques was introduced to Broadway at a very early age, which was the inspiration for Broadway Bonnie. She is a theater graduate of the NY School of Performing Arts and a former vocal student of the Manhattan School of Music. She sang, choreographed and traveled throughout the United States, Canada and South America with her own touring band Sugarcane. Her taste in music is eclectic and because of her love of theater, show tunes are one of her favorite genres. She has passed on her love of the theater to her daughter, son and granddaughter, encouraging them to enjoy all that live performance theater has to offer.
