Christine Harris lives in the Adelaide Hills. She has written over 50 books in many genres. Her books have won and been shortlisted for many prizes, including Children's Book Council Book of the Year, Aurealis speculative fiction award, various children's choice, the 2006 Carclew Fellowship, Psychologists for Peace Literature Awards, and in 2009 she was awarded a White Raven by the International Children's Library, Munich.
