Allison Okuneye lives in the United States with her husband, a Nigerian native, and their two children. Okuneye has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature Language and Writing with a minor in Communication from Eastern Michigan University.She is a business owner, fashion enthusiast and creative spirit. Inspired by her husband's cultural roots and her special relationship with her Nigerian mother-in-law, she wrote her debut book, I Am Abike.
