Beautifully illustrated by the author in flowing watercolors and written with plenty of heart, "Just Wait" shares an important message for children and adults. A small caterpillar is told to wait and he does not know why but simply obeys though many hardships. In the end, he finds out why he had to remain patient for so long. He spreads his wings as a beautiful butterfly, and relays the message to another. Children often do not understand why they have to wait for something to happen. "Just Wait" , a lesson in patience, teaches that waiting can be a good thing. "All things come to those who wait".
