Author Bio

Lindsay Cripps was born inLondon in the 1950s and came toAustralia with his family when he was seven. Since then he has travelled back toEngland a number of times (on one occasion living on a canal boat), before finally settling on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland. He is a full-time student at the University of theSunshineCoast where he also tutors and lectures in Creative Writing. His background in visual arts, as well as a consuming interest in reading, has helped his creativity in writing. As luck would have it, he was privileged to work in one ofAustralia's finest antiquarian bookshops when he was in his late teens. He shares his life with partner, Catherine, his teenage daughter Charlotte and his cheeky terrier, Jasper. (Oh, and not forgetting his budgie, Minty). The Mystery of the Ruby Glasses is his first published work and he is currently working on a Young Adult novel.
