David Levithan is a well-known New York writer and publisher (he's Garth Nix's US publisher of Keys to the Kingdom), best known for his book Boy Meets Boy. Rachel Cohn is an experienced writer for young people, best known for Gingerbread. They first collaborated on Nick and Norah's infinite playlist, and have since written Naomi and Ely's No Kiss List together.
