Kimberly Ratliff is half Korean and half Caucasian and has a wonderful mixed family. She grew up in Rhode Island and has been drawing and painting since she was a kid. Marrying into the Navy has fulfilled so many travel experiences and now Kimberly and her husband have planted retirement roots in Hawaii. With moving and having children, Kimberly had to put a lot of things on hold for a long time. Now in her 7th chapter of life, she would like to share her writing and illustration with the world in stories about diversity and a modern Korean-American lifestyle through the eyes of a little girl named Seoul.
