Tiffanee is the Founder and Creative Strategist at WINNASIUM, a company dedicated to helping companies improve how they brand, sell and win. She founded WINNASIUM after gaining extensive experience in strategic business development and sales during her 20 year career in progressive leadership roles at top tier IT oriented companies such as Oracle, SAIC, Forrester Research and Optum. An unapologetic idea person and entrepreneur at heart, Tiffanee always dreamed of many business ideas. In 2004, she tested her first business concept while inadvertently establishing her digital real estate investment portfolio via the negotiation and purchase of SHOPOLOGY.com. In 2017, Tiffanee led the creative direction and converted a portion of her digital portfolio to branded domains. It was during this experience that she decided to create workshops that empower children and teens to use design thinking and other strategic ideation methodologies to turn their dreams into executable business ideas.
