Penny Matthews has written three junior novels, several chapter books for beginning readers, and picture books. Her picture books include Pudding and Chips, Little Red Bear and A Year on Our Farm. She is also the author of Something About Water, joint winner of the Wilderness Society's Environment Award for Children's Literature in 2010, and A Girl Like Me, a young adult novel.
