Join Minnie for an epic Viking adventure across the sea!
Minnies mum is getting married to her teacher (eww!), which of course means she needs the perfect gift. But when searching the tunnels beneath the school for the ideal present, Minnie stumbles across ten-year-old Denys, Denniss Viking ancestor, who has been stuck living in the tunnels for centuries.
Denys longs to leave his dank prison, but the tunnels are the only thing stopping him from ageing. However, there is a treasure buried in Ireland that could break his curse, so its lucky that Minnies mum just so happens to be getting married there, isnt it
Join Minnie for an epic adventure to Ireland. Will they break the curse before Denys gets too old
Perfect for kids whose parents have got divorced and are remarrying or just want to read a mega-funny story!
The first thing I ever picked up to read for pleasure was The Beano. David Walliams
Craig Graham and Mike Stirling were both born in Kirkcaldy, Fife, in the same vintage year when Dennis first became the cover star of Beano. Ever since, theyve been training to become the Brains Behind Beano Books (which is mostly making cool stuff for kids from words and funny pictures). Theyve both been Beano Editors, but now Craig is Managing Editor and Mike is Editorial Director (ooh, fancy!) at Beano Studios.
