Cat wants to fly, so he flaps his arms, jumps up high, and teams up with Bird. Together, they enjoy a flying adventure.
Cat wants to fly, so he flaps his arms, jumps up high, and finds he can fly! He teams up with Bird for a flying adventure over trees and seas. With colourful, simple illustrations and short, rhyming, easy-to-understand sentences, this is part of the Cat and Friends series of books, aimed at encouraging a love of literacy in emergent readers.
Overall, the book is just right for infant and toddler listeners who crave familiar patterns and will zero in on slight, intentional differences from page to page. Carefully calibrated for its audience. Kirkus Reviews
