Philip Ardagh is a prolific writer who has been published in over 40 languages around the world. His titles include Bunnies on the Bus; Bunnies in a Boat and Bunnies in a Sleigh, illustrated by Ben Mantle, the Eddie Dickens trilogy, High in the Clouds, co-written with Sir Paul McCartney, and Stinking Rich and Just Plain Stinky, which won the Roald Dahl Funny Prize. David Melling has created over 150 books, publishing in over 30 languages and selling over 5 million copies, and he also has a background in animation. He is probably best known for his Hugless Douglas series, and his picture book The Tale of Jack Frost was made into an animated TV film with the BBC. In 2023, he won the Overall Sheffield Children's Book Award with Ruffles and the New Green Thing.
