Ella and Penguin are best friends. So it only makes sense that they like all the same things. But Ella loves tutus. Penguin does not. Ella loves finger painting. Penguin does not. Oh no! They dont match! They must not be friends after all. Then again, maybe Ella and Penguin dont need to like all the same things to love being friends.
An irresistible follow-up to Ella and Penguin Stick Together!
"Understanding each other's unique needs is a tricky lesson to navigate-Ella and Penguin do so with charm and wit." -- Kirkus Reviews "A sweet, age-appropriate exploration of sharing, celebrating differences, and creating meaningful friendships." -- School Library Journal "In her comical and relatable narrative, Maynor captures what happens when two friends are faced with their differences." -- Booklist Online
As a child, Rosalinde could not decide whether she wanted to be a wildlife biologist, a writer or an illustrator. But, because she spent most of her time doodling (even all over her notebooks during class!) or creating plays and sets for her puppets, she finally decided to study art after high school. She joined the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs in Paris. Since her graduation, Rosalinde has written and/or illustrated numerous books. When she isn't working or reading in her studio, she likes hiking, observing nature, taking photos, and making vegan pastries. You can visit her at www.rosalindebonnet.com.
