Reviews

The art and text complement each other perfectly, creating a world that evokes Latin American magical realism, the visual distinctiveness of Lane Smiths art, and the worldbuilding of the movie Antz. Kirkus Reviews

This picture book, with a simple structure and narrated to the rhythm of a series of illustrations, tries to recreate the interior of the underground passageways and contributes to make readers aware of the fundamental role that ants play in our daily lives, from their work fighting pests up to their pollination of plants by dispersing seeds and to their contribution to increasing the fertility of the land."
