Lora Inak began her writing journey aged ten, but it wasnt until 2010 that her first short story titled Tap Tap Tapping at my Window was published by Black Dog Books. Her debut novel, Unspoken Rules, was published by Rhiza Edge in 2017, and then a memoir piece One of A Kind was published in Pan Macmillans Arab, Australian, Other Anthology in 2019 co-edited by Sara Saleh and Randa Abdel-Fattah. A business leader in her professional life, with a strong background in marketing, brand, and communication, Lora lives in the burbs of Melbourne with her husband, her two children, and her rescue dog Rookie.
Kruti Desai is an illustrator and graphic designer, based in the UK, her artistic journey has been anything but ordinary. After globe-trotting adventures that had her hopping between countries like a character in her own illustrated tale, she developed a unique perspective shaped by her experiences in different cultures. With vibrant colours, playful characters, and a touch of typography, Krutis illustrations spark joy and wonder, inviting viewers into a world where imagination knows no bounds. Whether its a cheerful scene in a picture book or an engaging editorial illustration, she thrives on crafting visuals that resonate emotionally and inspire curiosity.
