Can Jenny overcome her fears and help lead her team to victory This fast-paced sports story is a winning read for any young athlete!
I really liked the artwork in the book, it helped to bring the story to life and to help me visualize the characters. I liked the way the characters worked together at the end, to find a good solution that worked for everyone. I would recommend it to cheerleaders and girls who, like me, enjoy a good book. . . .I like this series by Mr. Maddox and will definitely be reading more.-- "San Francisco Book Review"
The Jake Maddox collection of sports stories are perfect for reluctant readers. These books cover just about every sport and every kind of athlete, and include realistic problems they may experience. This one is no exception -- a good fast-moving story with a relatable theme.-- "San Francisco Book Review"
Who is Jake Maddox Athlete, author, world-traveler - or all three He has surfed in Hawaii, scuba-dived in Australia, and climbed the mountains of Peru and Alaska. His books range from the most popular team sports to outdoor activities to survival adventures and even to auto racing.
