Description

This is a Children's Holiday book. It is a story about "Sammy the Littlest Elf". Sammy is Santa's favorite elf. She is small in stature, but big in heart, enthusiasm and productivity. Sammy does all sorts of jobs for Santa from shining his boots, to mending his Red Suit, to making him hot chocolate, to working in Santa's workshop making toys, and to having fun with the other elves. She is loved by everyone and in turn she loves everyone. Should I say, "She is the perfect Elf."
The Author, Frank Pangborn, wrote this book based on this imaginative story he would recite to his loving 11 grandchildren.
His first children's book was "Snow Cloud: Santa's Horse, and then came along "Sammy the Littlest Elf". Plans are in the works for more children's books in the future.
The Illustrator, Summer Faught, is an excellent Illustrator who has a "True Heart" for children's illustrations. Summer's art brings out the best in the story. Children will love her animated characters and scenes.

Author Bio

Frank Pangborn's inspiration for writing Sammy the Littlest Elf and previously published Snow Cloud: Santa's Horse and other children's books in progress are his 4 children and 11 grandchildren. He has been telling imaginative stories to them for years and was encouraged to write these stories down to share with others. Snow Cloud was the first children's book and was such a success that Frank wrote Sammy the Littlest Elf which should be a delightful read for all children worldwide. Frank's personal history includes a football and baseball scholarship to San Jose State University. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an Officer in the U.S. Army and served as a platoon leader in Vietnam. Upon termination of service he became a high school teacher, counselor and administrator. Eventually Frank accepted a professorship at Irvine Valley College. He retired from IVC, but continues to teach part-time. Frank also became a member of the Screen Actors Guild and acted on numerous television programs. He has written a number of books varying from the Vietnam War, such as The Battle's Over: A Vietnam Soldier's Poems and Fear In The Wind, in addition to On Heroes Wings: A Tribute To Victims of 9/11. Frank is also a singer/songwriter and has some of his works on YouTube under his name.Summer Faught is an excellent Illustrator. She is a graduate of Palomar College in Art and Graphic Design. Her works have included contributing as an Illustrator for the book Snow Cloud: Santa's Horse and now Sammy the Littlest Elf. Besides these works she has contracted out for her service as an Illustrator for individual jobs and creations.
