A young girl named Emma who attends a school, where not very many people have the same skin color as her experiences obstacles. She turns to her mother for assistance in overcoming these obstacles. Her mom helps her by providing guidance and positive affirmations.
Zoe is a five year old, girl. Who loves writing, reading, and unicorns. She loves inspires little black girls to love themselves. This started at an early age for Zoe. She believes all girls should feel confident about themselves, and believe they can do anything that want. Zoe started saying her daily affirmations at the age of three. These affirmations helped her build confidence in herself. Over the summer, Zoe took in interest in racism, what it means, and how it affected young black children. She wanted to create a project, that lets little black kids know that they are loved, and no matter what, they matter and have a place in the world.
