Bee, Alice and Cleo met at the after-school club GAS (Girls Achieving at STEM) and are now inseperable. Together they have entered the prestigious Think League Challenge and Bee is determined to win. However, it sometimes feels like an uphill battle. Alice and Cleo don' t seem to be taking the competition as seriously as her, and her family are more interested in her role as bridesmaid at her aunt' s upcoming wedding. Bee sets out to achieve her dreams on her own, but soon discovers that going solo isn' t all it' s cracked up to be and that friends and family are more important than she thought.

Author Bio

Sally Harris grew up in rural Australia and after graduating from Cambridge with a degree in Children' s Literature, Sally has been busy writing and working as a primary teacher, in both Australia and the UK. Her first book, Diary of a Penguin-Napper, sold over 10 000 copies and her second book, Ruby Marvelous, has inspired children all over the world to try their hand at cooking exploding finger buns! Sally loves animals, including penguins, and, as she can' t have one of those as a pet, she has found that a dog is definitely the next best thing.
