Her book President Lincoln's Killer and the America He Left Behind won a 2018 Eureka! Nonfiction Children's Book Silver Award. She currently lives in Madison, Wisconsin. Jose Ramos is an acclaimed illustrator who specializes in creating art for children and various publishing projects. Additionally, Jose is one of the featured artists at IlloZoo, a renowned global illustration agency.
