Reviews

Here is a glowing sucker octopus, with its limbs spread out, pumpkin-coloured, looking like a just exploded Roman candle in the night sky. -- Wall Street Journal (US)
Peter Goess stunning Timeline, with its ribbons of pitch black winding through subtly-coloured, deeply involving pages, perfectly lives up to Gecko Presss avowed championing of work rich in language and illustration. -- The Guardian (UK)
"An excellent tale of magic, adventure, invention, humour and silliness [and] snappy, witty dialogue between the characters." -- Your Weekend (NZ)

Hugely informative, hugely entertaining.

-- The Financial Times
