John Larkin is a multi-award-winning author. His 2012 novel, The Shadow Girl, won the Victorian Premiers Literary Award while The Pause won the 2015 Queensland Literary Award and was shortlisted for the CBCA Book of the Year Award for Older Readers. He is the writer-in-residence at Knox Grammar School, University of Technology Sydney, and All Saints Anglican School (Gold Coast).
Chrissie Krebs is the author-illustrator of several picture books, including Pig in a Wig and There is Something Weird in Santas Beard. She has also illustrated picture books such as A Dinosaur Ate Dad's Hair and the 2018 CBCA Childrens Book of the Year for Early Childhood, Rodney Loses It! Chrissie is living her inner four-year-olds dream, and cannot believe she gets paid to draw pictures all day.
