Two days prior to Mother's Day, I found three newly born, tiny baby sparrows on the ground--helpless and alone.

This book tells of how these baby sparrows endured and adapted to a new life with a mother of a very different kind. I hope you find the story as enjoyable and enlightening as I did while caring for them. I experienced their learning of many important life lessons; much unlike our own. The story shares their first days when their eyes opened and they were able to see their new surroundings. Their acceptance of others that looked very different from themselves. The strange new foods introduced to them. The trying times they experienced while learning to fly. Then, the happiness and joy of reuniting with their mother, and their reactions to knowing that they had the love and care of two mothers. As the years have passed, their loyalty to me and the cabin they knew as their home continues to this day.
