Nancy retired from a career in school and public libraries and as professional storyteller to a home near the ocean in Santa Cruz, California, where she volunteers at the Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History.

Dimitri is a graphic artist in North Macedonia. Since he was a kid he has loved drawing dinosaurs and learning about fossils, prehistoric animals, and plants.
