Author Bio

Rebecca Stoelinga, a Chicago native, has been delighting audiences as Super Stolie since 2007, creating joyful and creative children's music. After studying Spanish in high school, she reignited her passion for the language through a 2015 immersion program in Guadalajara, inspiring her move to Mexico. Now based in Puerto Vallarta, "Stolie" performs and teaches bilingually for all ages. Becoming a proud mama bear in 2020 to her Mexican-American daughter inspired her to establish La BiB, a bilingual children's library in Puerto Vallarta, in 2023, to promote literature and language learning. Stolie continues to weave music, motherhood, and bilingualism into new projects, including bringing her children's songs to life in bilingual book form.

Rebecca Stoelinga, originaria de Chicago, ha estado alegrando a audiencias como Super Stolie desde 2007, creando msica infantil alegre y creativa. Despues de estudiar espaol en la preparatoria, reaviv su pasin por el idioma a traves de un programa de inmersin en Guadalajara en 2015, lo que la inspir a mudarse a Mexico. Ahora radicada en Puerto Vallarta, "Stolie" realiza presentaciones y ensea de manera bilinge para todas las edades. Convertirse en una orgullosa mam osa en 2020 de su hija mexicoamericana la inspir a fundar La BiB, una biblioteca infantil bilinge en Puerto Vallarta en 2023, para promover la literatura y el aprendizaje del idioma. Stolie sigue entrelazando la msica, la maternidad y el bilingismo en nuevos proyectos, incluyendo dar vida a sus canciones infantiles en forma de libros bilinges.
Regina Cuevas Chapa was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, in 1992. Since childhood, she has enjoyed exploring the world of art through visual arts. She is a Biologist, interested in agriculture and evolution. Her passion for art has led her to work on watercolor commissions, digital illustration, and murals. She loves traveling and discovering new landscapes, experiences that inspire her illustrations. She currently lives in Spain with her husband and son, where she continues to bring stories to life through colorful and imaginative images.

Regina Cuevas Chapa, naci en Guadalajara, Mexico en 1992. Desde pequea ha disfrutado explorar el mundo del arte a traves de las artes plsticas. Es biloga, interesada en la agricultura y evolucin. Su pasin por el arte la ha llevado a trabajar en comisiones de acuarela, ilustracin digital y murales. Le encanta viajar y descubrir nuevos paisajes, experiencias que inspiran sus ilustraciones. Actualmente vive en Espaa con su esposo y su hijo, donde sigue transformando historias en imgenes llenas de color e imaginacin.
