Author Bio

Michelle and Taylor have been best friends since third grade, growing up together in Carmel, California. Though they now live in different states, they talk every day and remain as close as ever.

Michelle has always been drawn to art. She studied Art History in college and spent most of her life painting with acrylic on canvas. It wasn't until she battled postpartum depression that she taught herself digital illustration, finally embracing her lifelong dream of becoming an illustrator. Digital art gave her a renewed sense of purpose and a creative outlet, and she hopes to inspire other women to persevere through their hardest moments.

Taylor is a writer and handbag designer with a love for fashion, creativity, and dog rescue. She has fostered numerous dogs, helping them find their forever homes. While design is her talent, rescuing and caring for dogs is what fills her heart and home. She currently has four dogs-the little ones featured in this book-and doesn't plan to stop there!

Despite the miles between them, they've joined forces to create this magical book, blending Taylor's heartfelt rescue pup story with Michelle's whimsical illustrations. For them, this book is more than just a creative project-it's a celebration of lifelong friendship, dreams, and the courage to pursue what brings you joy!
