Clementine and Otto: Two's Company, Fleas a Crowd tells the story of a dog and cat living in a cozy cottage who are faced with the arrival of an unwanted and unwelcome guest. Follow along as they attempt to rid themselves of this pest through a series of ever-more-dramatic measures.
Scott Thomason is a retired middle school principal who has always had a passion for writing. Twenty years ago, he came up with the idea of best friends Clementine and Otto, who rely on each other to survive the chaotic world of mischief, mayhem, and fleas. After writing the story, he put it on a shelf and waited for his talented daughter, Abby Rose, to use her incredible artistic talent to illustrate his characters and bring the story to life.
Scott and his wife, Amy, and their four children and three cats, live in beautiful San Diego, California, enjoying the sunshine, good friends, and a new granddaughter/niece. Clementine and Otto live on with many new adventures on the horizon.
Abby Rose Thomason is a graduate of Sonoma State University and is currently finishing up her Master's degree in Library Science. When she is not busy studying, she is buckling to the pressure of her father as he asks for edit after edit in an effort to see his vision come to life. Abby's patience is exceeded only by her talent for drawing.
The collaboration between father and daughter is the first in what hopes to be a long line of stories.
