Law of the jungle - Our beloved characters Emma and Louis go on a trip through the wildest nature of our planet: The rainforest. They visit their lush green world of wonders and discover the strangest and strongest plants and trees, together with the kindest and scariest animals. Besides the immense diversity in the jungle's flora and fauna, they learn about the habitat, geography, the climate, and the people living and working there.
Anne Ameri-Siemens is using decades worth of experience as an author and journalist to tell a whimsical story about human development and the world around us. After working for Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung, she became a Spiegel bestseller in 2007 for her book For the RAF it was the system, for me the father. She was also a former awardee of the Corine International Book Prize and Grimme Prize. Ameri-Siemens lives in Berlin, Germany, but would like to spend more time in the rainforest. This is her second collaboration with Little Gestalten. Anton Hallmann was born in Brandenburg, Germany, and studied illustration at the Hamburg University of Applied Science. He is primarily working in editorial illustration for newspapers like Die Zeit, Suddeutsche Zeitung, and FAZ. His other clients include the likes of Google, Lufthansa, Deutsche Bahn, and others. He currently lives in Stockholm. After Explore the World, he takes our readers on their second adventure with this new title.
