Amy lives in San Diego with her husband Jim and 2 corgis (Mitchell and Joni). She is the author of numerous scientific books and articles. This is her first book for children, sharing the adventures and misadventures of Mitchell whose unique antics and personality constantly amuse and entertain us. Subsequent books in the series follow Mitchell as he discovers and develops a love of soccer, gets a sister, travels across the United States, moves to a new house and welcomes a baby into the family.
