Author Bio

Thomas J.T. Williams is project curator of the exhibition Vikings: life and legend at the British Museum. Previously he has worked for Historic Royal Palaces (Tower of London/Hampton Court/Kensington Palace/Banqueting house) where he was responsible for designing new permanent displays. He is currently working on a PhD and is Editor of Papers from the Institute of Archaeology. He has spoken widely on his PhD research and related topics, and has a number of publications in print, press and preparation.
