Author Bio

Jen Carson started her career as an Elementary school teacher, with a Masters in Creative Arts. After she and her husband had three beautiful children, she went back to school to learn International Bread Baking and Restaurant Management at The International Culinary Center in NYC. After many years of baking at cafes and teaching Culinary School, she founded the award winning LiLLiPiES Bakery in Princeton, NJ. Jen is also the author of The LiLLiPiES Cookbook, her first collaboration with illustrator and artist, Sofia Schreiber.
