Margot Mustich threw herself into cooking full-time after working in film production and publishing. She has taught cooking classes and self-published a cookbook, Simple Pleasures- Cooking from the Heart. Following stints at a gourmet bake shop and catering business and at a private club in Manhattan, she became a cook at Union Square Cafe.
