Description

Dal, Chris, Abs and Jason have made the squad for the local youth club under-lls football team. And after their first match (not as successful as they'd have liked), they are determined to prove that they've got what it takes to be winners. And they're going to be famous! For a TV crew is coming to their next training practice. Trouble is, they're not even acting like a top team yet, let alone winning like one. A fun day out paintballing should change all that, but even Dal could never guess what would happen next ...

Reviews

Rai has produced a very readable and accessible storyline for younger readers, who will no doubt appreciate the football action and fast-paced descriptions of the games they play * Birmingham Post *
A great football action book for 7-9 year olds * Aldershot Mail *
