Author Bio

David Plouffe acted as campaign manager for Barack Obama's 2008 presidential run, and later as a senior advisor to the president. After leaving the White House, David served as Chief Advisor of Uber. He is currently the President of the Policy and Advocacy team at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. He lives in San Francisco, California.
