Author Bio

Emily Coxhead is a British designer, illustrator and happy thing maker! A graduate of Manchester School of Art, she is the creator of The Happy News, which celebrates all thats good in the world and has been featured on BBC News, "The Today Show" and "The Drew Barrymore Show". Teaming up with Bupa, Emily sends thousands of free copies to schools across the UK. Emily has a range of merchandise, with retailers including John Lewis and Moonpig, as well as two adult books published by Penguin Random House. In September 2018, Emily was featured in the Independents Happy List, which acknowledges 50 inspirational heroes who do extraordinary things for others, and who deserve to be celebrated for their kindness, courage and selflessness.
