Author Bio

Jos Carlos Romn Garca was born in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. After graduating in Teaching and later in Pedagogy, he has for more than 20 years dedicated himself in body and soul to his great passion: Children's Education Teacher. Developing this professional work, he gradually entered the wonderful world of children's literature. A tireless reader of children's books and in continuous search for meaningful titles to take to the classroom to delight the little ones, little by little his interest in writing stories for children began to awaken, and in 2016 he began his career in the publishing world with the publication of his first illustrated album.

Elena Ferrndiz spent her childhood in San Fernando, Cdiz, surrounded by colored pencils. She studied Fine Arts at the University of Seville, where she specialized in printmaking. Since then, she has combined her passion for art and literature through her work as an illustrator for major publishers, national newspapers and prominent institutions and organizations. In the narrative field, her illustrations have brought to life the works of Emilia Pardo Bazn or Virginia Woolf, among many other famous and outstanding classics. In the world of picture books, she has shared her facet as an illustrator with other writers, but she has also published her own works where she plays with words and images, giving us an insight into her own particular universe full of metaphors. Her most conceptual work has been featured on the Spanish National Television program The Adventure of Knowledge.
