Author Bio
Michael Barry was born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Michael was a student at Msgr. Bonner High School and played ice hockey for 4 years. He then went on to attend the University of Notre Dame. Once graduated, he came back to Bonner Hockey as an Admin and coach for 27 years. In 2010, Michael was inducted into the Msgr. Bonner HS Hall of Fame. Michael and his wife Mary Ellen and their son Donovan live in Nashville Tn. with their adopted dogs. The Barry family has opened their home to five rescued dogs over the past 10 years. The Barry's believe you can rescue yourself by rescuing others, whether it is a dog or a young boy or girl.
