Dr Alex George was the UK's Mental Health Ambassador for children and young people from 2021 until early 2025, and he currently hosts the Stompcast podcast. Dr Alex's first children's book A BETTER DAY was a Sunday Times No.1 bestseller, won a British Book Award and sold 42,000 copies through TCM. Dr Alex previously worked for the NHS as an A&E doctor and is now passionate about helping to equip everyone - especially children and young people - with the tools needed to live a full, productive and meaningful life.
