Stacey Thomas is an illustrator and maker based in Oxfordshire, UK. She studied illustration at the University of Brighton, graduating in 2017. She has created editorial illustrations for Aquila, Scoop and Berenberg magazines; album artwork for David Gibb and Brady Rymer's 'Songs Across the Pond', as well as a set of animated gifs for Radiolab and a 24-page comic, 'Mostly Water', published by Family Store. The Night Before Christmas is her first published book. Clement C. Moore (1779-1863) was a New York professor of divinity and literature best remembered today for his poem A Visit From St Nicholas, which became known as Twas the Night Before Christmas.
