Bonnie Bader is a prolific author of nonfiction children's books, including the Big Golden Book Hanukkah- The Festival of Lights, My Little Golden Book About Abraham Lincoln, My Little Golden Book About Bugs, Who Was Martin Luther King Jr., Who Was Christopher Columbus, and Who Was Alexander Graham Bell Joanie Stone spends her days painting in her light-filled studio in the country, surrounded by nature. She was born and raised in Virginia, where she still lives today, with her husband and young daughter. Other books she has illustrated for Golden Books include Hanukkah- The Festival of Lights, I'm Going to Kindergarten!, and Let's Go Trick-or-Treating.
