She currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for CoinHomes. She is the author of multiple books, including the bestselling titles Secrets of Silicon Valley and Unfinished Business. She was previously a staffer in the U.S. Congress and the White House, and served as on-air political commentator on CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News.

Josh Drean is an HR transformation and metaverse expert who marries Web3 technologies with workplace strategies. He is a Web3 adviser at Harvard Innovation Labs, cofounder of DreanMedia, and a core contributor at SoWork, the Workplace Metaverse.
