Margery Austin Turner directs the Center on Metropolitan Housing and Communities at the Urban Institute. Howard Wial is an economist in the Metropolitan Policy Program at the Brookings Institution. Harold Wolman is director of the George Washington Institute of Public Policy and professor of political science and public policy and administration at George Washington University. He is also a nonresident senior fellow in the Metropolitan Policy Program at Brookings.
