Description

What if the solution to the climate crisis is . . . capitalism

The solutions to overcome the global climate crisis already exist, and contrary to the belief that we're all doomed, we will continue to prosper.

We have now entered the third major transition since the industrial revolutions: from wood to coal to oil, the world now turns towards clean energy. This is a $35 trillion industry.

In Climate Capitalism, award-winning journalist Akshat Rathi unveils ten key breakthroughs in green economy, with extraordinary case studies of how people have turned world-changing ideas into reality.

From east to west, from solar power in India to hydrogen strategies in Denmark and Germany, carbon capture in Norway and the United States, electric car manufacturing in China and the most advanced climate law in the UK - this is the story of our fight to survive.

A new economic age has begun, are you ready for it
