Rich DeVos(March 4, 1926 September 6, 2018) was a visionary entrepreneur, philanthropist, and co-founder of Amway, the worlds largest direct selling company. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Rich built a global business with his lifelong friend Jay Van Andel, grounded in the belief that anyone, given the opportunity, could succeed.

A devout Christian, Rich often described himself as a sinner saved by grace. His faith shaped his values, guiding his approach to business, philanthropy, and Family. He believed deeply in the American dream and the power of free enterprise, personal responsibility, and perseverance.

Rich was a dynamic motivational speaker, known for energizing audiences with his unwavering belief in peoples potential. Alongside his beloved wife, Helen, he dedicated himself to strengthening communities both in his hometown and globally. He also brought his passion for leadership and excellence to the world of sports as the owner of the NBAs Orlando Magic.

Above all, Rich cherished his roles as husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His legacy lives on through his Family, his writings, and the countless lives he touched through his generosity, leadership, and enduring optimism.

Doug DeVos is an advocate for opportunity and freedom for all. He is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Amway, the worlds largest direct-selling company. He served as President of Amway for more than 16 years.

Doug is a global ambassador for entrepreneurship and a devoted philanthropist, locally and nationally. Doug is a passionate sailor and serves as Principal of the American Magic, a professional sailing franchise.
