In a world that prizes certainty and bravado, the most powerful leaders do something unexpected - they embrace what they don't know. Blindspotting reveals the hidden strength of intellectual humility, the often-overlooked key to better decisions, stronger teams, and breakthrough innovations. Backed by cutting-edge research and compelling stories, this book will reshape how you think about the very nature of effective leadership in our complex and polarised world. Discover how to ask smarter questions, break down biases, and create an organisational culture where challenge and growth go hand-in-hand. Whether you're a seasoned executive or just starting your career, Blindspotting offers a highly practical roadmap to becoming a wiser, more adaptable, and ultimately more successful leader and individual.
