He is currently the chairman of the boards of directors of educational, communications, systems, human resources, and security organizations. An active member of the Presidents' Forum and the YPO (Worldwide Organization of Presidents). He is also a member of the, ACRIP Editorial Board (Human Resources Federation in Colombia) as a partner at Club El Nogal. He holds the following degrees: Systems and Computer Engineering, MBA, Specialist in Human Resources, PhD in Business Administration, PADE - INALDE. Harvard President's Class. He is an entrepreneur, creator, and developer of over 25 organizations in information technology and communications.
