Author Bio

Jeffrey McClellan is a Professor of Management at Frostburg State University in Frostburg, MD. He is a former university administrator and an experienced consultant, teacher, coach, trainer, and speaker. He regularly teaches, publishes, and leads presentations on leadership and management topics. He also runs his own coaching and consulting business, Leadership Moments. Jeff earned his Ph. D. from Gonzaga University in Leadership Studies.
