Author Bio

Ritu G. Mehrish has spent 20 years in the corporate world, working for P&G, GE Capital and GE Spin off Genpact across the globe. In her last role she managed a multi-million-dollar business vertical with 1000 people across the 5 continents. For the last 10 years, she runs her own consulting and coaching firm The Leadership Troubleshooter, which specialises in helping leaders and teams build sustainable leadership. Her clients come from a variety of industries, PayPal, IKEA, DHL, Shell, Atlas Copco, AbbVie, Fujitsu, Swiss Re, Wharton Executive Education and more. Ritu has had the privilege of working with C-Suite leaders from over 30 countries as a leadership coach and facilitator. Ritu has a knack for identifying gaps in leadership narratives and bridging them through her research and work. Her previous book 'Leader's Block- How great leaders recover after they stumble' normalised the fact that all leaders stumble in their career. She is now empowering the next generation of women leaders by helping them get access to relatable role models. Rajita, a seasoned leader with 25+ years of experience (19 at Google leading global learning & development), brings a diverse background in advertising, sales, and people development. Across leadership roles, she built high-performing teams, fostering the potential in others as a Level 5 leader. Rajita facilitates programs in people management, leadership, and DE&I. As a certified coach, she empowers managers, individuals, and entrepreneurs. A doctor by training, Rajita's passions for Indian music and yoga influence her coaching, guiding clients to reach their full potential.
