Steve Tappin is the CEO of Xinfu, an award-winning CEO coaching and consultant firm. Throughout his career, he has consulted and coached over 500 global CEOs. He was also the host of the CEO Guru series on BBC World, in which he interviewed various CEOs such as Richard Branson, Jeff Immelt (General Electric) and Ryan Holmes (Hootsuite). Steve is also the co-author of The Secrets of CEOs, which featured a foreword by Richard Branson. Originally based in London, Steve now splits his time between the UK, Australia and California. Wayne Linton is a psychotherapist and CEO with over 25 years of experience. He is the Founder and Master Practitioner of the Awareness Code Global Training Centre. He facilitates in-person and online workshops which focus upon improving empathy, authenticity and communication skills. He is based in Victoria, Australia. Together, Wayne and Steve have conducted thousands of private client sessions and group workshops, which became the genesis of this book.
