Josiah is an avid real estate investor, a licensed real estate appraiser, and a licensed real estate agent. Formerly a college Finance professor and reformed cubicle occupier, Josiah enjoys the flexibility of working for himself in his appraisal business and spending quality time with his wife and three children.
